The New Year is here!!!
Even though it is only January 2010 - now is the time to place your reservation for a cabin to participate with Montage's Annual Alleghany Camping Experience in October of 2010. Over 30
friends participated in 2009 event. The weekend was filled with activities for everyone. There was plenty of time for rest and relaxation. Sleep in or stay up late sitting around the camp fire - its up to you. There is plenty of activities to take advantage of throughout the day - fishing, take a hike or ride your bike throughout the many well kept trails in Alleghany State Park, bring your camera to take some pictures of one of New York State's scenic park, try your skill at building 
a camp fire for your neighbor, test your skill at climbing the Thundering Stones left behind thousands of years ago by ancient glaciers, hit some baseballs or kick a field goal, its all up to you. It is a time to make new friends or catch up with others you haven't had a chance to.
This years Camping Experience is scheduled October 1 - 3, 2010.
Plan to arrive Friday night to set up camp. All the cabins are equipped with electric and heat. There are two bedrooms - so families can share one cabin and expenses. There is an electric stove and frig available to store and prepare food. Or if you are really adventous, build a camp fire and invite the neighbors over.
It is also a time of ministry. There will be plenty of time for prayer, fellowship, and most of all worship. Sunday morning everyone gets together for a short service and to hear an encouraging Word from the scriptures.
